What’s the best platform to implement Sticker Builder? Shopify? WooCommerce?
Shopify and WooCommerce are supported through dedicated plugins. Shopify is the most common and preferred option, with more than 80% of implementations running on Shopify. WooCommerce is also fully supported. For custom-coded stores, integration is possible via API.
How integration / implementation works?
There are two main models. For Shopify and WooCommerce, native plugins are available, so the integration can be handled without custom coding. For custom-coded stores, the integration is built through the API, and the customer’s developer creates the code that calls the tool with the right parameters. Technical documentation, technical meetings, integration support, and sometimes even code samples or pair programming support are available. The setup itself includes configuring the tool for the customer’s parameters and production workflow.
How long does it take to implement the tool?
The standard implementation time is about 4-6 weeks. Some stages may move faster, depending on the setup and the responsiveness of communication.
Where the output/production files are sent after the order is paid?
The file is generated automatically, usually within about 15 seconds after payment. By default, a download link can be added to the Shopify/ WooCommerce order details. Files can also be sent automatically to Google Drive, Dropbox, or an FTP server, and can also be accessed via API.
Do you generate one standard PDF for everyone, or can each customer have their own settings?
Each customer can have their own settings based on their production workflow, including path naming, spot colors, and cut path configuration. In most cases, the output files are PDFs. Depending on the customer’s needs, we can also generate files such as PNG or JPG, but these formats do not support cutlines.
What file delivery and production setup options are available?
The setup can be customized to match the production workflow, including file naming conventions, separate folders for each order, and additional production assets. It may include the original uploaded file, the generated cut path file, and a TXT file with order and production details. We support various cut line configurations and production settings, along with many other workflow-specific options.
Can I have other products on my Shopify store (that are not supported by Sticker Builder?)
Yes. The tool is not the whole store, so other products can still exist in the Shopify store outside the Sticker Builder workflow.
Do I need a specific plan with Shopify?
You do not need a specific Shopify plan to implement Sticker Builder. It can be Basic, Grow, Advanced, or Plus, depending on your needs.
How reliable is the tool?

Is your tool a full e-commerce platform or is it a plugin?
It is not a full e-commerce platform. It works as a plugin or add-on layer for product configuration, file upload, preview, and production file generation, while the store itself, checkout, and the broader e-commerce flow remain on platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
Do you support other products than stickers?
Sticker Builder is mainly focused on sticker workflows and other die-cut products. At the same time, Antigro Designer Print Customizer supports nearly any printable product, both standard and more advanced or custom ones, such as photobooks, calendars, T-shirts, canvas prints, cards, mugs, hoodies, puzzles, tumblers, banners, posters, and many other products. When using both Sticker Builder and Antigro Designer, you get one admin panel and one place to manage all products.
Will your tool help in generating more orders online?
It can help by making the buying process more automated, giving customers an instant proof flow, and reducing manual work on the seller’s side. Can the customer remove the background from images with a background?
Yes. If the uploaded file has a background, an additional step with a background removal option is shown. Additionally, if the uploaded graphic has a solid background, the system will suggest preserving that background color in the outline.
Can the outline thickness be edited during upload?
Yes. If the seller decides to offer this option to customers, the user can change the outline thickness.
Can the outline color be edited?
Yes, If the seller decides to offer this option to customers, the user can change the outline color.
After approval, does the design go to the Shopify cart as usual?
Yes. After the design is approved, the product is pushed to the Shopify cart.
Does Sticker Builder need access to other apps installed in Shopify?
No. Access to Shopify is needed for implementation, but not to the client’s other apps.
Do you take over customer data and shipping data?
No. Shipping data remains in Shopify. Mainly production and order-related parameters needed for file generation are passed through.
Is this solution also suitable for DTF?
Sticker workflow and sheet workflow for DTF are not the same. Antigro Designer has a dedicated tool for DTF, so both stickers and DTF products can be managed within one admin panel.
