Die-cut, Kiss-cut

Graphics Canada Expo is the largest and most important trade show for the printing industry in Canada, held in Toronto. The event brings together professionals from various areas of print — from offset and digital printing to packaging, labeling, personalization, and 3D printing. It is a key platform for showcasing the latest technologies, machinery, software, and innovative solutions across the entire print production chain. The expo also serves as a hub for knowledge exchange, professional development, and business networking. Graphics Canada Expo attracts printers, designers, packaging producers, and marketing specialists from across the country and beyond.

Die-cut

At this year’s Graphics Canada Expo, held from April 9–11, the Sticker Builder tool allowed visitors at the Roland booth — with the support of students from The Creative School at Toronto Metropolitan University — to create and print personalized stickers featuring cut-out faces. Over the course of the three-day event, hundreds of sticker sheets were printed, while the team actively shared insights and knowledge about the technology behind the process. The interactive experience drew strong interest from attendees, highlighting the creative potential of personalized print solutions.

We’re proud that our tool could be part of such a creative and engaging initiative, helping to showcase the possibilities of personalized print technology. It’s always exciting to see Sticker Builder in action, especially in collaboration with passionate students and industry leaders like Roland. A big thank you to everyone who stopped by the booth, took part in the experience, and made this event such a success — we’re grateful to be part of a community that celebrates innovation, creativity, and collaboration.
