Purposes and legal bases of the processing

We will process your personal data that we obtain in connection with your use of Our Website:

  • based on Our legitimate interest as Data Controller – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for:
  1. to respond to enquiries made to us via the contact form or chat room provided on the Website, or to the email address or telephone number provided,
  2. to analyse the use of the Website, and to improve its operation and security,
  3. to protect you against fraud and other violations of the law,
  4. to assert and defend against claims, before and outside the courts and administrative authorities,
  5. for archiving and back-up purposes,
  6. to maintain good business relations with you or your employer/contractor;
  7. in order to perform and settle the agreement concluded with your employer/contractor (when you act, for example, as their representative or contact person),
  8. in order for us to use the features, Google Ads, Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences offered by Meta Platforms, TikTok, Reddit and Linkedin to create an audience of advertisements for products and services offered by us.

  1. If you allow the Website to use analytical, marketing and functional cookies, we may use your data for the purpose of tailoring the content and advertising you view to the information we have collected about you;

Scope of the data processing

The following your personal data will be processed for the purposes indicated above:

  1. when you use the contact form or chat available on the Website, or when you contact us at the e-mail address or telephone number provided: your first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, the date and time you send us your request, as well as other data you include in your request and the data necessary to reply to your message;
  2. additionally, each time you visit the Website: the IP address of the device you are using, your cookie choices, how you use our Website (data collected through cookies and other similar technologies, e.g. Google Analytics), the type and version of your internet browser, the location of your device (for the purpose of adjusting the Website settings to the region from which you are visiting the Website), your browsing history or Google searches (with regard to the use of Google Ads), which constitute personal data for Antigro if we are able to link them to a specific user, e.g. because you have provided identifying information in a contact form;
  3. when you give us your consent to be contacted for marketing purposes (e.g. dispatch of newsletters) – name, surname, email address,

 

As we use Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences, in some cases, we may receive your data (the identifier assigned by the service provider) from the operators of the social networks Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and TikTok in order to display personalised advertisements in your profiles on these networks. In this respect, your personal data is co-controlled by the service providers of Lookalike Audiences – please see the section “Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences” for more information.

 

Transfer of personal data

Personal data collected through the website may be transferred to entities such as, in particular, IT service companies and entities providing Antigro with a service for sending marketing content, hosting services and services for creating a list of custom recipients from a customer list. In addition, personal data may be made available to the relevant public authorities if obliged to do so by current legislation. In each case, such transfer will only take place on the basis of an agreement or other binding legal basis concluded in this regard. In such cases, the amount of data transferred is limited to the required minimum.

We also use external suppliers:

  1. Google Ireland Limited, based in Dublin, Ireland, in connection with the use of the Google Analytics product, to collect data about how you use Our Website. This information is not linked to any specific individual and is used to help us improve Our Site and in connection with the uploading of Youtube videos to Our Website. In addition, We may transfer Your personal data to Google Ireland Limited in connection with the use of Google Ads, which allows Us to tailor the display of advertisements for Our services and products to the information about You contained in the cookies. Information about you that may be transferred in connection with your use of Google Ads includes, but is not limited to, your browsing history, location, Google search history.
  2. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited based in Dublin, Ireland in connection with the provision of the Messenger chat service on the Website. We may also transfer your data to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited in connection with the use of Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences.
  3. Twitter International Unlimited Company – in connection with the provision of the X portal plug-in (formerly Twitter) on the Website.
  4. Shopify International Ltd. – in relation to the provision of the Shopify portal plug-in on our Website.
  5. TikTok Technology Limited and TikTok Information Technologies UK Limited – in connection with the provision of the TikTok portal plug-in on our Website. We may also pass your data to TikTok Technology Limited and TikTok Information Technologies UK Limited in connection with the use of Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences.
  6. Linkedin Ireland Unlimited Company – in connection with the provision of the Linkedin plug-in on the Website and the use of the Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences service.
  7. Hotjar Limited, based in Malta, in relation to the use of the Hotjar product – to improve the performance of the Website and for analytical purposes
  8. HubSpot Ireland Limited, based in Dublin, Ireland, in relation to the use of Cookies running on our Website:

– the date and frequency of your visits to the Website,

Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences

We use the Custom Audiences feature, which allows us to display personalised ads on your profiles on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and TikTok. The Custom Audiences feature creates lists of audiences based on the data we hold (such as your email address or phone number), based on your activity on the Website or based on your interactions with content we publish on social media.

The Lookalike Audiences feature allows us to create a list of advertising audiences based on the lists created by the Custom Audiences service. These service providers search for user profiles similar to the profiles of people we have identified as potential recipients of our products and services. In this case, we will receive the identifier given to your profile by the service provider. In most cases, we will not be able to identify a specific person on this basis, but if the possibility arises, this data will constitute personal data for us.

With regard to the use of Custom Audiences, Antigro is a joint controller of your personal data with the provider of this service. You will find the content of the personal data co-controllership agreement between us and our providers below:

Transfer of your personal data outside the European Economic Area

European personal data subject to the GDPR will generally not be transferred outside the EEA and, if it is, we will ensure that the appropriate legal basis and additional data safeguards are in place.

Google Signals uses session data from Our Website. This data is tied by Google to users who have signed into their Google accounts and have ad personalisation enabled.
