Roland LG640 and the Sticker Builder Workflow in Action

Antigro Designer’s Sticker Builder has repeatedly demonstrated its reliability and efficiency at major industry events. At these shows, the Antigro Designer and Roland teams worked together to bring visitors’ ideas to life, processing and printing custom sticker designs created on-site in real time.

During the ISA Sign Expo, the Roland TrueVIS LG-640 proved indispensable in meeting the high demand for personalized stickers. Thanks to the seamless integration between Roland printers and Sticker Builder, print-ready files were automatically prepared and sent directly to the LG-640 as well as other Roland models like the BN2-20a and VG3-540, eliminating the need for manual setup.

Over the course of just three days, 1,000 unique, die-cut face stickers were designed and printed live, showcasing the speed, reliability, and versatility of both Antigro Designer and Roland technologies in fast-paced, high-volume settings.

Design Meets Print: Precision in Workflow and File Preparation

The automation of work in fulfilling custom sticker orders has met with immense interest from sticker sellers. It turns out that this solution is particularly helpful for companies handling large quantities of small orders, as automating the process significantly speeds up their work. When customers design their stickers using the provided Sticker Builder tool and, after approving and paying for the order, the system automatically sends the ready-to-print files to the printing machines’ workflow, the company’s employees begin their work on the order only after it has been printed and cut, ready for packaging and shipping. During the fair, we realized how crucial this level of automation is for companies selling custom stickers.
